GPS acts as your Purchasing Department providing key staff and know-how. We operate as an “Agent Only” purchasing firm, and as such, we never take ownership of the merchandise, therefore, there is never any “marking-up” of negotiated “best and final” pricing. Clients get full visibility of every vendor invoice, which reflects the actual pricing negotiated with each vendor; GPS strives to achieve cost savings for the Owner through the competitive bidding process. GPS understands the importance of being in close communication with the Owner’s design, construction, and management firms, as necessary; we manage and track all aspects of the project’s FF&E and OS&E. Your project scope combined with our extensive project database for every project segment, allows us to provide you with both a summary budget estimate, as well as a detailed report in a format that is easy to read and understand. Based upon advanced knowledge of budgetary constraints, we are able to assist your design team with product selection to remain well within established budgetary guidelines.
