GPS manages the purchasing of all required furniture, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies and equipment (OS&E) directly from vendors and dealers at the best pricing available through our strength as purchasing power. To help facilitate each project, GPS utilizes an online-based project management system that is used to issue purchase orders, generate detailed financial reports, and monitor the status of each specified item for each project. GPS monitors the invoicing, requisitions, payments, freight costs, and sales taxes for each project through to completion.
